## Does BrandMail Pro send newsletters?

No. BrandMail Pro is for transactional email branding only.

## Does it replace SMTP?

No. It formats and sends through WordPress mail. Use a dedicated SMTP or transactional mail plugin if your server cannot reliably send email.

## Can I customize templates?

Yes. Use **BrandMail Pro > Templates** to edit subject lines, copy, buttons, and merge tags.

## Can I move settings between sites?

Yes. Use **BrandMail Pro > Import / Export**.

## Does BrandMail Pro store email bodies?

No, not by default. Delivery logs store metadata only unless an administrator enables full body logging for troubleshooting.

## How do I change log retention?

Open **BrandMail Pro > Import / Export** and update **Log Retention Days** in the Privacy and Data Retention panel.

## What happens when I uninstall?

You choose the uninstall behavior. BrandMail Pro can keep data for future reinstalls or remove options and the log table during uninstall.
